On the 6^th of November our 3^rd event of 2022 is taking place @ Elevate Gym in Nicosia.

Out of the three movements that powerlifting is consisted of, this time we choose Bench Press.

Bench Press, an exercise with difficulties on many aspects including technique, power and explosiveness.

This event will be supported by Carlsberg. Food stall by “Burger Shop” will also be there available for you to order delicious burgers. Merchandize, music and good vibes and many more will be waiting for you to join CPF on a day full of joy and energy to finish the competition year of 2022.
